The Conscious life coaching element of AK Healing strives to eliminate limiting beliefs and patterns by utilizing subconscious reprogramming techniques and tools. By harnessing thought energy- full mind, body, and soul alignment can be achieved. One hour Zoom Life Coaching session with Alana. During these unique sessions you will receive the motivation, support, and techniques to live the life of your dreams. Our personalized sessions allow you to ask questions and explore any topics. We examine areas of your life that you feel are holding you back or causing limiting beliefs. We set goals, identify blind spots, and blocks -preventing you from living the life of your dreams. ( Available in person- Sarasota FL location)
